1 General Terms and Definitions

In this document, "xbate", "we", "our" refers to the xbate online gaming platform. "User", "you", "player" refers to any person registered on xbate. "Platform" includes the xbate website, mobile version and all related services.

By accessing xbate or creating an account, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our responsible gaming policy. These terms may change from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Account Creation Rules

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Using a false name, address or identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbate may request documents for identity verification at any time. xbate reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the user refuses to provide required documents such as a national ID, passport or birth certificate.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on xbate is ৳200. Payment methods currently accepted are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• There are no additional fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• If a transaction does not go through, contact the support team immediately.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

• Before withdrawing, you may need to meet any active wager requirements on your account.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• xbate may put a withdrawal on hold in cases of suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering

xbate follows a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering and fraudulent activity. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected on any account, an immediate investigation will be launched and the account may be suspended.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x, meaning you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each promotion applies once per account.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• xbate reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or bonus scheming is detected, the account may be terminated.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

The xbate VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. VIP level depends on the player's overall activity and contribution on the platform.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbate:

• Playing games using any software, bots or automated systems.
• Colluding with other players or placing coordinated bets (Collusion).
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or flaw in the game system.
• Playing using another person's account.
• Making fraudulent deposits using credit card chargebacks.

5.2 Policy on Technical Errors

xbate will not be held responsible for any losses caused by server outages, network issues or technical errors. In such situations, all transactions and bets may be considered void. xbate reserves the right to correct or cancel any incorrect results or funds displayed as a result of technical errors.

5.3 Fair Play and RNG

xbate uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are determined entirely independently and no party can influence the results.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbate website — logos, graphics, text, software, design and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbate. No user may copy, distribute or modify these materials without written permission.

Game software is the intellectual property of the respective game providers. xbate is only a licensed distributor of these games.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

xbate uses SSL encryption technology to keep your data secure. Your information is not sold to third parties, though it may be shared with authorities to meet legal obligations or for fraud investigations.

8 Account Closure and Termination Policy

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your own account at any time. In that case, any withdrawable funds in the account will be returned after proper verification. Contact our support team to voluntarily take a break under responsible gaming.

8.2 Termination by xbate

xbate reserves the right to immediately terminate any account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Violating the age requirement (being under 21 years of age).
• Being involved in fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Abusing bonuses or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting harmful activities against xbate's name or services.

If a rules violation is proven at the time of account termination, the funds in the account may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

xbate bears no responsibility for the following:

• Any financial loss arising from playing games.
• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment systems.
• Unexpected technical outages or maintenance downtime.
• Losses caused by your own negligence or mistakes.

Under no circumstances will xbate's total liability exceed the total value of the specific transaction in question.

10 Responsible Gaming

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and the courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
